I’m pretty down to earth and enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle - cooking new recipes, gym, hiking, beach days, kayaking/SUP (when the wind behaves in the summer!), and catching up with friends.
At home, I love unwinding with a good movie/series or book, meditating, FaceTiming family/friends, and vibing to good music.
I also love plants and would be keen to grow a small herb & veggie garden out the back!
I’m clean, respectful, and enjoy a mix of chats/laughs as well as time to recharge

A few simple housekeeping rules to keep the home comfortable for both of us:
• Weekly cleaning rotation: vacuuming, mopping, full bathroom clean (mirrors, sink, shower, toilet, bench), + taking out the bins
• Earphones for music/phone audio at all times
• Shared household supplies: contribute fairly to essentials like cleaning products, toilet paper, etc.
• Quiet awareness: be mindful of noise from cupboards, doors, appliances, movement around the unit, and shoes (especially when someone’s sleeping)
• Shared bathroom (including the toilet): we’ll set a simple morning routine so we both have time to get ready comfortably without stress
• Respect shared property & deliveries: leave communal items tidy and inform each other about deliveries
Nothing intense, just mutual respect and keeping the home comfy for both of us!
