I have a room available in our 4 bedroom home in a quiet street in Mill Park. You would be living with me, a mature age work from home woman and a 33 year old man that works out of home. I also have a very cuddly dog, that barks when you come to the door but is jelly when you walk in. This is a home, not a house. We are both friendly, down to earth people that are happy to have a chat, but also enjoy or own space. Looking for a long term tenant. 6 months +. Non Smoker.

House is a 5 min walk to the bus, a 10 min walk to Staples Shopping Centre, a quick bus trip to Plenty Valley Shopping Centre, South Morang Station, Lalor Station and to the universities in Plenty Road. A short walk to Mill Park Leisure Centre.
