Walking distance to bus stop and 10 minutes to Heatherdale Station. Surrounded by lovely nature. Have 2 fruit trees. Quiet street.

Bathroom. Separate Toilet. Kitchen - dishwasher. Dining room. Laundry. 2 lounge rooms - one has the only aircon/heater. “Walk in Closet” (converted spare bedroom). Front and Back yard - with clothes line. Carport/garage and driveway - we share these with our neighbours.

Accessibility:
There is steps inside and outside of the home they are manageable (maximum 3 steps in one area) but still worth noting if you have trouble with steps. The street is located on a steep hill.

I am currently not working due to health reasons but I am looking to find something casual. I do have stable income though.
I am a homebody, but I do try venture out at least a couple to a few times a week, I mostly keep to myself when I am home. I don’t mind the occasional chat and meal together.
I am quite clean and tidy. I try to be eco friendly/low waste, energy/water saving. I am into Nature, Reading, Building Nanoblocks/Lego and collecting random things and more. I enjoy attending different activity groups thats on offer like arts and crafts and cooking and art gallery seeing.
You can find me being cosy, drinking a cup of tea and watching youtube or binging a good tv show.
