NO BOND. $250 PER WEEK FOR INDIVIDUAL. $290 PER WEEK FOR COUPLE. RENT PAID MONTHLY.
Sadly, our housemate has to return home, due to his Mother needing care.
We’re seeking a student, professional, tradie, or traveller, to share our house. Unfortunately, there isn’t the space for couples, children or pets.
The house is a ten-minute walk from Mitcham Train Station, a supermarket, gym, cafés and restaurants. It’s a 15-minute drive to Deakin University’s Burwood campus.
$250 per week - paid monthly, in advance - plus bills, which have always been small. Minimum stay is two months.
The room looks out onto a beautiful, peaceful garden and park. The house is in a cul de sac, so there’s almost no noise from the street. :-)
New sheets, pillow-slips, pillows, doonas, fans, and a remote-controlled heater.
The house is queer-, women-; ethnic- ; racial- minority friendly. It’s also a space where laughter, conversation, films, books, composting, recycling and plants, abound! :-)
If you’re interested, please message me and tell me something about yourself. Thanks! :-)

I work full time in public health law.
During the week, I tend to hop into bed quite early. However, on the weekend, I love to share a meal, drink, and a film, with a housemate.
One other person already lives here. He is a gentle and quiet, 26 year-old man who works full time. He is friendly and very respectful.
If you were up for being a chatty housemate, we’d welcome that. It is lovely to have someone to have a cup of tea with. :-) But we also respect people’s boundaries. :-)
