Room available for a couple, two friends, or a single person. Large bedroom, very well lit and located in a quiet area. Plenty of space so you can personalise it to your own taste.
The house is very bright, with large windows that allow plenty of natural light throughout the day. It was renovated two years ago, so the kitchen and bathroom are in excellent condition. The kitchen is spacious and fully functional, equipped with new appliances purchased this year: washing machine, dryer, air fryer, and a large-capacity fridge. The living room is generous in size and features a big sofa, perfect for relaxing. All bedrooms have a lock and key for added privacy and security. It’s a comfortable, well-maintained home designed to enjoy a calm and pleasant atmosphere.

I’d like to live with people who take care of the place they live in and keep things clean and tidy, as this is important to maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the common areas. It’s also important to respect quiet hours at night, as some days I wake up very early for work.
Other than that, I’m pretty chill. I don’t mind if you have friends over or want to host a small gathering from time to time, as long as there is communication and mutual respect.
