Hello potential future housemate!
This cute little house is located in Moonee Ponds and next to Queens Park!
It is super convenient for public transport:
- 1 min walk from 508 bus stop
- 4 mins walk from 59 tram which takes you into city
- 12 mins walk to Moonee Central Shopping Centre: Coles, Aldi, bakery, cafes
The Room: the biggest room. Large size approx. 3.5 x 5m. It does not have built-in storage and is unfurnished.
Housemates: we are an easy going, independent bunch - You will be living with me, and Maira, 30, from Malaysia who is working and studying her Masters at RMIT.
