Description of the home
* STRICTLY female tenants only, as there are female children in the household. We will not consider male tenants.
* Tenants must be looking to stay for a minimim of 6 months and preference will be given to longer term tenants.
* Lovely family friendly and quiet street and neighbourhood.
* Ample untimed street parking in front of house.
* Large bedroom with large built-in robes. Furnished with single bed, bookcase, desk and study chair, bedside drawers. If you prefer to use your own furniture we can remove any of the existing furniture.
* Washing machine and dryer are available for use.
* Different dogs (1 or 2 at a time) are present during the day with our dog grooming business.
* Police and Working With Children Checks are provided by us and a police check will be required from the tenant.
