We are a young working couple looking to share our lovely home. The space is a complete rear section of the house that is up for rent. The area features a spacious fully furnished bedroom with wardrobes, newly renovated private bathroom and toilet, and a private sunroom which can be used as living or study space, also has a private entrance. This house includes a shared kitchen and dining space, and a European laundry. It has a lovely front and rear garden with huge lemon and orange trees. The property is very secure with tall gates and has security cameras. Some garage storage is available.
We are right next to two parks and a 10 min walk from Moorabbin Station and Woolworths. Bus for Monash Uni stops nearby and there are lots of restaurants and bars in the area. It's a great location in a quiet street close to public transport.
