The unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has air conditioning and heating. There is a large outside courtyard. The house is fully furnished except the second bedroom. There is space in the garage for extra storage as well as in the house. Internet is available. There is off-street parking and the beach is just up the road! The bedroom available has a walk in robe and will have access to private bathroom.

Pippa is a soon to be 1 year old mini groodle puppy. She loves everyone she meets. She is house trained and is walked daily. She is not a barker (unless there is a big scary person at the door!) and she does not shed fur. She is very cuddly and loves to play fetch.
