This is a 3 bedroom house. The living room / dining will be unfurnished as most of the current furniture is my current housemates, furnishings are welcome.

1km walk to Fisherman bend beach, with 101 other beaches at your disposal

I like to do do our own thing, but it's nice to share a meal once per week and open to cooking for each othe r
Person/s who are open minded, up for casual chats but respect personal space and down time.
This is not a 'party' house, I'm relatively introverted at home in the sense that I appreciate down-time and often keep to myself, although happy for her together from time to time to watch a movie, walk to the Main Street for breakfast / ice cream trips ect.
The space would be best suited to someone who appreciate the same thing :)
