Details
This spacious bedroom measures 3.9m x 4.5m, making it the largest bedroom in the house. It comfortably accommodates a bed, a large buffet, a TV, and still has plenty of space for a couch or additional furniture. I also have x2 white bedsides available if need.

Located at the back of the home, the room offers privacy and direct access to the huge backyard, creating a peaceful and versatile living space.

I'm also planning to install a small ensuite in the room in the future. In the meantime, I would greatly appreciate someone who is happy to be patient and temporarily share the main bathroom while the renovation is completed.

If this is something that interest you I would love to hear from you!

About occupants
I'm a single mother, and we advocate for people who need a safe space to live. My little girl is at her father's every second weekend and goes to kinder 3 days a week. I volunteer one day a week and assist the elderly 3 days a week.

Our home is neat and tidy, and we love outdoor adventures, cooking, and relaxing. We have a lovely American Bullmastiff who is a gentle giant and loves to play or just chill.

With my experience in supporting those affected by domestic violence, I can offer a safe and supportive refuge.

We warmly invite you for a meet and greet and look forward to welcoming you into our home.
Compatible people
A good flatmate is someone who respects both the home and the people they live with. My daughter and I are very kind-hearted; she's a little firecracker! She's learning solid boundaries, especially as we've had a few housemates in the past and knows that their room is their space. I'm teaching her that some people need extra support, which is why I offer a safe and welcoming space in our home.

We are looking for someone who is mindful of their language and behaviour around my 5-year-old. We encourage open conversations to resolve any issues, enjoy a good laugh, and respect each other's personal time. You're welcome to join us for dinner or enjoy your own space. We're simply looking for a kind person who needs a safe place to live.
Description of pets
Meet Pickles, our 5yr American Bullmastiff! He's a friendly soul who loves other dogs. Pickles is a mix of a couch potato and a bundle of energy with his zoomies. Whether he's lounging or playing, he's a delightful companion.
