About the occupants
I am the homeowner, 35 and full time employed as an international Pilot. I am away with work about 35% of the time and I have a 2yo who is with me 35% of the time. So roughly 2/3 of the time I am here and half of that time I have my son.
2 medium sized dogs who are very friendly, it would be a bonus if you would feed them and walk them while I am away, but it's not expected and I have other options.
I will happily share all parts of the house, pool, shed, outdoor areas.
I like spending time outdoors, at the beach, running, gardening, paddleboarding, sometimes surfing, cycling and hiking.
Always happy to be social or let you enjoy your own space.
Compatible people
Someone friendly, ok with a well behaved toddler in the house and the two dogs. Bills and rent must be paid on time as I have a large mortgage on the property.
Description of pets
2 medium size friendly and cuddly dogs. I keep them off the furniture but they sleep inside.
