The unit is within walking distance of bus stops serving Frankston, Portsea, and the Mount Eliza Village shopping precinct. This solidly built 1970s brick unit comes with all the features synonymous with the era, including spacious wardrobes, a separate toilet and bathroom, and sun-drenched gardens. The laundry was updated when I moved in and is separate from the bathroom, which is often a design of newer builds. The "room of requirement" is also separate from the bathroom, and if you know that reference, then we should live together immediately.
