Flatemate room available for rent
Looking for 1 female ideally or a couple to rent my spair room and share my home’ clean healthy tidy living. Own room furnished, bed plus bedside tables and lamp with relaxed side chair Own room, bathroom ensuite , shower .
Looking for - Non smoker,.
Not going to playing any music .
Not burning candles or open flame ,
When in kitchen cleaning then drying and putting away dishes straight after use before or straight after eating etc looking spotless after cooking eating as to be clear for next person .

I’m actually very Easy going .

The home is 10 min walk to beach and close 5 min walk to Bentons Square shops and 25 min walk to main st Mornington shopping centre etc from the townhouse located on the border of Mornington in Mount Martha post code 3934 .
Public transport on door step
Bus from home is 25 min to Frankston Train station then Train to Melbourne.
Or buses everywhere else the Mornington penninsula from home .
for a potential women to rent at $270 pw “off street parking or
290 pw “ garage parking use .
will require 4 weeks rent in bond
And pay first week in advance.
or 370 per week couple off street parking
Or 390 per week including garage parking plus bond 4 weeks rent .
Inc own room ,ensuite toilet shower ,walk in Robe ,bills included and internet ,out door area with tables and chairs .
parking alternatives in closest side streets Or parking alternatively in garage parking at $20 pw as specified above for suitable applicants with a small car with good reversing skills .
There is an existing Queen bed and linen with good mattress and pillows ’ you can place a Television in the room if you like as there is many power points and television stand with power point I recently had installed for this .
Me Male 52 yrs young very kind and easy to get along with and reasonable’ happy to have a chat or share a meal on occasions if so ‘
although not required as just a polite demeanour while living in the room is required.
My 18 yr old son lives here aswell “
He keeps to him self so you really would not ever see him unless he’s leaving to go somewhere or in the kitchen.
We have our own room seperate areas
and our small dog 🐶 who everyone loves you will see and spend time with if you like .
