The home is in a great location, safe & quiet, walking distance to public transport and shops (all just at the end of the street!), close to unis, there is a small fenced yard and a veggie patch.

Shared bathroom. Females are highly preferred. Non-smoker highly preferred due to severe asthma.

Must be able to pay utilities on time for discounts to apply.

House is fully furnished - room is not furnished.

She is looking for someone to provide companionship, build a friendship and be able to do things together when convenient with both parties.
