I am looking for someone who is seeking a drama free, peaceful, tidy and safe house to live in.
The house is a 2-storey with one bedroom (mine) on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. One is being used by my 16 yo son, and the other one is for rent.
The private room is very spacious and includes its own bathroom and wardrobe.
Rental payment includes utilities (gas, electricity, water & and internet), use of our French provincial/Hampton style furniture and fully equipped kitchen.
Parking is only on the road.
Walking distance from the bus stop and a 5-minute drive to the Train Station.
Nearby: Coles, Woolworths, IGA, a Fuel station, and a 1-minute walk to a cafe.

I do Pilates and Treadmill at home in the mornings. I try to eat healthy food during the week and few cheeky and naughty foods during the weekend.
I am passionate about personal development, self-care, reading books, and quiet morning.
I have a diverse group of friends whom I enjoy catching up during the weekend for a brunch, dinner in the CBD or nearby.
