A 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom property located in the quiet streets of Mulgrave, only a 6-minute drive from Monash Clayton and around the corner from M-City. Our rental may not be the biggest, but we try to make up for that in charm and always ensure everybody feels welcome. There’s both driveway and on-street parking available, a large backyard with a nice shaded seating area, two living spaces, and a dual garage for all our necessities, so believe me when I say you’ll feel right at home. This is also an LGBT+, disability, and 420-friendly household.

Due to the fact I’m chronically ill, I’m currently not working or studying, so you’ll often find me working on things around the house or attending appointments. I’m also a film/theatre nerd who’s trying to make it into the industry, so if I’m not busy volunteering with the local community theatre groups or working on a short film, I’m either editing, looking to improve my skills, or singing and dancing around in my room. I work full time so I’m out of the house during the day, but I do make sure the house is in the best condition when I am there. I am a very active and sporty person, hitting the gym a lot and watching the Tigers lose almost every weekend. I self-manage my diabetes very well and won’t let it affect any of my housemates. In my downtime I like to have a nice drink, chuck on a movie and maybe play a game or work on my artistic craft. We have a very welcoming environment in our house, and like to enjoy each other’s company. If you like having a drink/smoke and making fun of terrible movies, you’ll fit in very well.

We all have a sense of humour and are sarcastic, but would never intentionally hurt anyone’s feelings and care for each other very much. We value open communication and believe that as long as everyone’s willing to try their best to be honest with how they’re feeling and come to at least one of us if an issue arises, then we can handle whatever life throws our way. We also all do our part in ensuring the house is clean and pets are fed. We love a good movie night and hanging out together, constantly cracking jokes that turn into lifelong stims.

Description of pets
We have 3 cats in the house (Smurf, Merlin, Bucky), they are well taken care of and get properly fed every day. They are mainly kept in one room but they are very affectionate towards the people in the house.
