Description of the home
A 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom property located in the quiet streets of Mulgrave, only a 6-minute drive from Monash Clayton and around the corner from M-City. Our rental may not be the biggest, but we try to make up for that in charm and always ensure everybody feels welcome. There’s both driveway and on-street parking available, a large backyard with a nice shaded seating area, two living spaces, and a dual garage for all our necessities, so believe me when I say you’ll feel right at home. This is also an LGBT+, disability, and 420-friendly household.

Hey y’all! I’m Courtney, I’m 22, neurodivergent, and I’m like the (self-claimed) mother of the house. Due to the fact I’m chronically ill, I’m currently not working or studying, so you’ll often find me working on things around the house or attending appointments. I’m also a film/theatre nerd who’s trying to make it into the industry, so if I’m not busy volunteering with the local community theatre groups or working on a short film, I’m either editing, looking to improve my skills, or singing and dancing around in my room. I’m also obsessed with all kinds of animals and insects, hence all the pets we have. I’ve been living out of home since I was 18 and love helping others, so if you need anything at all, I’m your gal.
Matt • He/Him
Hello there, I’m Matt. I’m 23, a graphic designer and an experienced diabetic. I work full time so I’m out of the house during the day, but I do make sure the house is in the best condition when I am there. I am a very active and sporty person, hitting the gym a lot and watching the Tigers lose almost every weekend. I self-manage my diabetes very well and won’t let it affect any of my housemates. In my downtime I like to have a nice drink, chuck on a movie and maybe play a game or work on my artistic craft. We have a very welcoming environment in our house, and like to enjoy each other’s company. If you like having a drink/smoke and making fun of terrible movies, you’ll fit in very well.
We can be forgetful (Matt) and can get easily distracted (Courtney), but overall our house is a warm and fun environment that we’d love you to join. Be apart of the gang!
