We’re a 15-minute walk from Newport Station and just a 5-minute drive to Williamstown and Altona beaches. Newport Lakes is right across the road — perfect for a relaxing walk.
The house has air conditioning and heating, beautiful views overlooking the oval, double garage, drive, on-street parking and a TV with Netflix, Stan, Binge, and Disney Plus. If you love good coffee, we have a barista-style coffee machine that makes café-quality coffee.
There are 2.5 bathrooms, a European laundry, a huge balcony, plenty of storage, a double garage, and a spacious kitchen with a large Smeg oven and a dishwasher.
The house and room are fully furnished. The earliest the room is available is from next week.
Rent is $300 per week, including all bills.
The bedroom is a large room with a king bed, double doors that open to a small garden, two small chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.
You’ll be living with three other girls in their mid-20s who all work full-time. They’re social, enjoy the occasional house outing, and are clean, respectful, and mindful of personal space.

Duration of stay ranges from 1 month to ongoing as two rooms will be available after a month.
