Full time working in the CBD, so my home is my place of peace and zen.
My son 21 is on the spectrum although you’d never know it. Our rubbish bins go out more than we do 🙄🤣
We keep a quiet relaxed place with the 3 silly sausages (dog) to keep us company.

Someone who doesn’t need to be told to clean up after themselves, that their room need to be vacuumed and their sheets need to be washed.
I’ve had 3 previous flatmates 2 women(50+) who were not interested in cleaning up after themselves, ate in their room and never contributed to anything related to cleaning outside of their room and even then I had to tell them to wash their sheets . You live in the whole house so we all share the cleaning . The young man(26) I have now is the best housemate. His mother bought him up well.
Their is a small fridge in the garage for your food and plenty of pantry space that will be yours alone .
I don’t allow visitors, not even my own. All socialising is done outside the home so as not to ever make others feel uncomfortable. So no sleep overs or partners.
Oh. and you must live dachshunds, we have 3.
Rent is 2 weeks in advance, so when you move out you give me 14 days notice and don’t pay anything more.
Bond is 2 weeks rent paid on the day of agreement,
Meet and greet will be outside in a cafe or so we can chat and see if we are a good fit, before I show you the house, identity of license, passport will need to be checked. You must be working, preferably not at home. No pets of your own.
When you leave you’ll be expected to leave the room the way you found it.
Carpets will be professionally cleaned before you move in and if you stay for 6 month you’ll need to have them done before you get your bond back.
First off, I’m definitely not a clean freak, tidy yes, so dirty washing or dishes in your room.
Be respectful, talk about issues with each other and don’t do the silent treatment.
If you’d like to move in it’s a minimum of a month stay and. Max of 6 months.
