Quiet, clean, respectful I work shift work early mornings so require someone very quiet as im asleep or in bed winding down by 7pm Otherwise no real rules here, you do you, just as long as it doesnt disrupt me or the house itself (aka damages) :) I also smoke medicinal weed in the evenings so new housemate needs to be ok with that.
