It is an apartment organized and furnished with a lot of love
The apartment has two rooms (only one is available for rent), 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, laundry area and a balcony.
Location is Boundary Road in North Melbourne. It is a very good location because it is close to routes 57 and 59 tram and the Flemington Bridge train station, just 15 minutes from the city.
