Hi Flossers!!

Posting to see if anyone/ a couple here is looking for a sublet in North Melbourne. We have an huge master bedroom with ensuite available from June 20th until July 27th. Rent is $300 x week for 1 person. $330 x week for a couple. Shoot me a message with a brief bio if it sounds like a fit for you!

THE HOUSE:
- Just off Errol Street
- 5 minute walk to 57, 58, 59 tram stops, and a 20 minute walk into the city.
- Heaps of cafes around a few pubs

Downstairs we have windows – so many windows + blinds and black out curtains, a large furnished living area and generous kitchen with a gas cook top and loads of bench space! We have a laundry room with a washer & dryer and an extra bathroom. In our cute little courtyard, you will find a couch (necessity), glass sesh table and chairs set (inevitable) and our fridge (convenient for Sunday sesh courtyard beers). The house has 2.5 bathrooms in total (1 of them just for you!)

THE MASTER BEDROOM:
This is the biggest (and coolest) room in the house. You will find your bedroom upstairs with 3 generous built in wardrobes, mirror and more windows with block out curtains. The room is fully furnished. It has a queen-sized bed, a built-in desk and shelves. And the best part: the ensuite! Enjoy the privacy of having your own bathroom.

2-4 hour free street parking however no permits available.
