Hi everyone! 👋 We’re looking for some reliable tenants for our fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in North Melbourne. It's available from October 16th, ideally for a 12-month lease, with $800 per wk rent. Inspection: 19th September, Saturday (Tomorrow)

It’s a really cosy, two-story terrace penthouse on Tyrone St. We love how sunny and quiet it is, especially since it’s tucked away in a low-density building. It’s super spacious (about 85sqm inside with 15sqm across two balconies) and gets great breezes through the windows.
Location-wise, you're right in the middle of everything but still get peace and quiet. The tram is right downstairs, UniMelb is only a 300m walk, and the CBD/RMIT is about 1.2km away. Plus, if you love coffee, Auction Rooms and Seven Seeds are a 5-minute walk, and there are plenty of parks right by us for running or relaxing.

The place comes with pretty much everything you need so you can just move in: • 2x Queen beds with bedside tables • Comfy 3-seater couch and TV • 3x air-cons (across both floors) and heaters in the bedrooms • Fully equipped kitchen with a Bosch dishwasher, oven, and stove • Fridge, microwave, and internal washing machine • 1 secure car space
