It’s a cozy house, big living room, tv and PS3 (yeah I know, needs to be upgraded…hahaha) kitchen is fully equipped. Washing machine and dryer in the garage and few workout equipments in the garage too… (don’t get too excited, the garage works more as a storage than a gym… hahaha).
We are located in Northcote, one minute away from the train station, two minutes away from the tram stop, four minutes away from the bus stop. Cinema, cafes, bars and restaurant all walking distance from home. 15 min from the cbd, this is a great house with great location.
It’s a big house with lots of natural lights.
