Description of the home

My beautiful home has 5 bedrooms, of a good size and two bathrooms. It’s a renovated warehouse that has a serene feeling to it. An internal garden/courtyard with large doors and windows to view the garden. High ceilings in the living space with an open kitchen and large dining table. Across the road to Yarra bend parklands and Fairfield and Studley park boat houses plus nearby trains trams and buses makes for a very easy lifestyle. lgbtqia+ straight are all very welcome in this space.
I have 1 cat, so no room for anymore pets.
Open to sharing a meal and wine now and then. It’s a pretty chilled space where dinner with friends is welcomed but big parties are not.
I am mostly vegetarian/occasionally pesciatarian
and would prefer to live with similar. There is a BBQ in the courtyard for fish cooking.
It’s a no smoking household. Happy to negotiate outside smoking on occasions. Most things are supplied in the home except sheets and towels, byo. Short term or longer term stays no problem.
I’m the owner and currently have a bedroom /bathroom upstairs. There is a choice of bedroom and bathroom to rent , upstairs or downstairs and sharing with one other person.The living, kitchen and garden areas are all shared spaces. Have some questions, please contact me. No tv in the main area but feel free to have yours in your room.
