🛏 1 small cozy bedroom ($756 per MONTH)
• wardrobe up for sale
in Notting Hill by February. We are transferring our lease due to change in workplace location.

🔥 IMPORTANT:
The tenant of the ensuite bedroom must be willing to share their bathroom with the tenant of the small bedroom, thus we would prefer a couple or close friends that do not mind doing so.

🌟 If you move in by February, you can get the place for free until March 1st!!

🧡 The other two tenants are Monash graduates who are reliable, working adults that pay bills on time. They are amazing cooks too, especially if you like spicy dishes :)
