This property is within walking distance to the heart of Oakleigh - Eatons Mall. Ideal for a hospitality worker in the area, or a uni student willing to commute to Monash Uni etc. Unfortunately no off street parking is available, and on street parking is limited by parking restrictions, so if you don't drive, this would be ideal. However, if you have a scooter or motor cycle, you're welcome to share the under cover car port with one of my cars.
