This is a beautifully renovated 1980s brick home. Everything inside is new and finished to a high standard. The photos speak for themselves. If you appreciate a nicely finished interior this is the one for you. All new deck area has been built off the main living room and is great to open up on fine days. One of the loungerooms has a real open fire place which is lit on the cold winter evenings, having a glass of wine and chill in front of the fire is pretty relaxing! The home has 2 living rooms and an office at the rear that can also be used as a study/games room etc. It's worth noting that it will just be two people living here. I have no intentions of getting a third housemate at this time. So it certainly has enough room for you to enjoy your own space when you want.
The Oakleigh south area is really respectable and peaceful. The house is situated 5 minutes drive from Huntingdale train station and a 2 minute walk to the local bus stop. Local Clarinda shops are a short walk also and if you enjoy walks in the park the famous Karkarook park is 1km away with a stunning lake view. Not sure what more to add other than it has a nice private and enclosed back yard Perfect for the days you want to just relax in the sun.
