Bedroom which is being boarded out is currently unfurnished however if required can arrange for furniture to be available as part of the boarding contract.

I have a two story townhouse which I am looking to board out the master bedroom which has it's own ensuite located on the ground floor.
I am currently occupying the upstairs bedroom and bathroom which is on the same level of the living space and kitchen. Boarder is welcome to use all living areas also.
My current boarder has moved out so am looking for another boarder to move in for 6-9 months short term.
Parking is on Flanagan Avenue.
I work full time in Financial Planning which I work from home from my upstairs room and also run a sporting club which keeps me busy on the weekends (mostly through summer).
