About the occupants
Mum and 10 year old son. Mum is 49, two grown up and moved out daughters. Psychiatric nurse, I work part time My son goes to.hid dad's on the weekend. I have just started a veggie patch and have 2 birds who I do let out to fly around the house so U need to be ok with them. Our dog is also an inside dog mainly except during the day when I work.

Females preferred but males considered. I'm pretty easy going, same would be great, no dramatic ppl. Shared cleaning. House needs sweeping every s cond day and good clean once per week . Cleaning needs to.be shared and need someone who not only cleans own mess also helps with weekly chores like dusting, sweep, wipe and vacuuming. Because when there are lots of people the house gets very dusty. I'm ADHD so not always perfect, I don't expect a clean freak but do expect someone to help out when they can. Absolutly no recreational drugs allowed., no party animals, must be employed and have employment references and past share / rent and I will check them. Your pets r ok as long as they get along with mine, are cleaned regularly and don't cause trouble.

I have 2 birds but my daughter's 2 sometimes come to stay. They have our time often a few hours a day. They r very friendly but U don't have to interact with them if U don't like. My dog loves people she is a staffy. She stays inside mostly.
