Description of the home

I have a house with 3 rooms. However only 1 room is up for rent. Meaning there will only be 2 people in total in the house.

There is a kitchen - fully equipped with air fryer, slowcooker, cutlery, crockery (and more). But there is plenty of space to bring your own things as well. Half of the space in the fridge and pantry.

Living and dining room - nice large couch and TV. There is also a sun room for reading, office work and to enjoy the sun.

Bathroom - this bathroom is nice and large with a seperate shower and bath. This will be for your use. It is still a guest bathroom though. So will need to be kept neat and tidy for guest visits.

Bedroom - a nice space with a wardrobe. Hanging space available. The room is not furnished.
A ceiling fan to keep cool and an opening window.

GUEST room - this room is set up for a fold out couch which turns into a single bed if a guest stays over, however when there is no one staying (which is more often than not) this room is there for your use as a living room/seperate area to retreat to. There is a TV set up for your use.

Nice backyard with beautiful deck with a nice large bar table.
Off-street parking available in the driveway.

Fans, ducted heating and spilt system throughout the house.
Sperate freezer in the garage if anyone enjoys meal prepping!
