About occupants
At the moment living alone and awaiting my childrens return. Needing additional income so hopefully can find someone trustworthy, easy going, respectful, friendly. As I'm a Mum, if guest has Working with Childrens Check that would be great for added security/peace of mind for myself.

Description of pets
Lovely Japanese Spitz ' Jazzy (Jasmine). Sleeps indoors (not in bedrooms) and spends time throughout the day outdoors too. She doesn't like walking as much these days. Many years of walking hills in the areas she hit a bit tired in her older years particularly after an operation a while back. She tends to get to the group of units letterbox and turn around, however still likes coming out in the car to go places. Sometimes anxious with strangers but settles once known.
