There is a choice of 2 bedrooms plus an office. The bathroom is large with bath and separate shower. You will have full use of huge lounge which is fully furnished it also includes a wall mounted large smart TV. The entire house is tastefully furnished. The rental bedrooms both have WIR’s but if at all possible I would prefer to only have one tenant. Both rooms fit a queen size bed.

Bills and expenses

Ideally I would appreciate sharing the bills 50/50. I don’t use the ducted gas heating as it’s simply too expensive so I use electric heaters. I’m happy to pay for the electricity.

About occupants
I have health concerns and have had to put my mother into Reserdential Care. We have jointly rented this property for 7 years. Our landlord is amazing and Harcourts Pakenham are great Property Managers. I am very quiet but I do enjoy a conversation. I spend most of my time in my room or the kitchen as I like to cook. The tenant will have full use of the fully furnished lounge which includes large screened wall mounted smart TV. My bedroom has everything I need in it so my presence will be minimal. I would prefer a tenant that is quiet also but they must love my dog. Currently we aren’t allowed anymore pets but that may be negotiable as my boy would love another dog to play with. I don’t have WIFI because I don’t need it but I will consider contributing to the bill.

Description of pets
I have my beautiful American Staffy who is my life force. The tenant will have to be a dog lover. My boy has zero odour and is very clean. He is an indoor dog. He is my main priority.
