Still looking for a professional working couple or single female to move into this gorgeous modern and clean apartment in leafy Parkville! Great for students!
I'm after a friendly individual to rent a room in this apartment from NOW, preferably for a long term basis, or alternatively at least for 4 months.
There is one double room and ensuite available (in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment). The room is spacious with a large wardrobe, desk, chair, dresser, bedside table and lamp. It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, not to mention the separate private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink).
Move in NOW and length of stay is 4 months minimum.
For a single person, the rent is $290 per week
Rent includes all the conditions stated above, bills and unlimited wifi.
Bond is $1320.
