Description of the home
The house is in a great spot, close to the CBD but in the very quiet area of North Melbourne and only 15 minutes from the University of Melbourne. The place is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 stories including a lovely rooftop where we love to hang out. The rent is $365 a week with a 4 week bond. Move-in date is very flexible, essentially anytime after July 22nd. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
We have three bedrooms (yours is located on the 2nd floor, next to your shared bathroom), and a spacious, comfortable living area perfect for movie nights. Fortunately for you, I can’t take my study desk, chair or bookshelf to Europe with me, so they’re all yours!
