About occupants
You will be sharing the flat with me (Oscar) and Isabella.

I'm a kind, considerate, laid-back sort of person. I'm quite friendly and I like hanging out in the kitchen and talking crap or sharing a meal. I work part time and I spend a lot of my free time in my room reading or studying or engaged in one or other of my various interests and creative projects. I also like to cook, and you will get unsolicited offers of food fairly regularly. Some things I like include listening to and making music, going to gigs, reading literature, studying philosophy, walking in nature, absurdist comedy. I also really like learning new skills and crafts (currently knitting and digital sound design).

Izzy has just moved into the house. She is a cheerful and easygoing person who works full-time and enjoys activities like reading, journaling, collaging and watching films.
Compatible people
We like to keep the place fairly neat and clean, and we prefer a household where cleaning doesn't have to be policed with a roster and people just take initiative and contribute without needing to be asked. Looking for someone easy-going, considerate and who knows how to tidy up after themselves and put in their fair share of housework. Someone independent who likes sharing quality housemate time now and then, and who's comfortable sharing a space with others.

No couples, and no applicants under 25 please. Also no cats, as I am allergic.
