Hello! I have a beautiful, spacious, fully furnished Victorian terrace in Essendon, with one bedroom and a private bathroom available now for a 12-month stay.

I’m looking for a like-minded person who values a beautiful home, enjoys a balance of independence and connection, and enjoys a warm, welcoming space together.

THE HOUSE

A double-storey Victorian terrace with polished floorboards, high ceilings and gorgeous natural light throughout. The house has a lovely rhythm to it, with beautiful morning sunshine spilling into the backyard and kitchen, and warm afternoon light and sunsets at the front of the house.

The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport, local cafés, shops and everything else you need.

• Close to Fletcher Street trams, Glenbervie and Strathmore stations, plus other public transport options
• Quick access to CityLink
• Approximately 15 minutes from Melbourne Airport
• Local favourites, including BAM, and plenty more to explore

YOUR ROOM

Light-filled, north-facing bedroom with a private bathroom with a large built-in wardrobe and a queen bed with a bedside table lamp. It’s a lovely, comfortable space with plenty of natural light.

The room is furnished and ready to move into.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I’m Fiona. I work full-time in business management and moonlight as a visual artist.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me tending to the garden, playing tennis, doing yoga, walking outside, photographing landscapes, visiting friends in the country or cooking something delicious. I’m generally on the go, curious about the world and always finding something creative to get involved in.

I love interior design and have a healthy furniture collection. That said, I’m flexible and happy to discuss incorporating your furniture into the home.

THE HOME I LIKE TO CREATE

I’d love to share my home with someone who sees a house as more than just a place to sleep. Someone who appreciates good design, thoughtful living and the energy that comes from sharing a space with the right people.

Ideally, we’d enjoy becoming friends rather than simply being housemates, while respecting each other’s independence and need for downtime.

Ultimately, I’d like to find someone who wants to contribute to a home that feels warm, inspiring and genuinely shared.
