This house is located in Pascoe Vale South (Coonans Hill), just above Moreland Rd, so it's a stones throw away from Brunswick West. It's a beautiful post-war 3-bed / 2 bathroom home with a large deck with a view of SW Melbourne. The sunsets are gorgeous. Lounge room, kitchen and laundry are fully furnished / equipped. The two bedrooms for rent are unfurnished. Floorboards. Large windows. Lots of light. High-speed internet. Split system (heating / cooling) in the main living area. Beautiful front and back garden. I'm starting a veggie patch and compost to reduce green waste. There's also a huge storage area under the house available to use.
The house is close to Shore and Dunstan reserves and the Moonee Pond creek trails. Also close to Coonans Hill shops and local cafes. Sydney Rd is a 20min walk. Tram is a 10-min walk. Train is a 15-min walk. The house is at the top of Coonans Hill (the view is amazing!) and is surrounded by lovely heritage homes. The neighbours are very friendly.

You’ll also be living with Bree, a 35 yo woman who works full time in marketing nearby. she has many hobbies and keeps herself busy. Bree is kind, easygoing and funny and works from home one day / week.
We are looking for someone who is a m good communicator, has experience living in a share house, has a full-time job, and is happy living without a TV.
