A really beautiful space with a lot of green outdoor views and a great look out from the back and front of the house (house is at the top of a big hill). A very comfortable shared lounge room with a TV, and a dining area. There is a room with a nice view that I use for exercise which is a shared space. A nice back balcony and a front balcony area - overall this house feels very spacious and is great for two people to share space as well as get their privacy and their alone time. Very close to the train station!

You'll also be living with Adam (30), who works full-time night shifts, so he's not around the house a lot. He's easy-going, respectful, and enjoys keeping home as a place to unwind.
We're both friendly and happy to share the occasional meal or chat, but we also really value our own space and independence. This isn't a party house—it's a calm, respectful home where everyone contributes to keeping the place clean and comfortable.
