Located on a quiet street yet close to everything you need.
Parking is not restricted and always available on the street right in front of the house, yay!
The Bell St/ Melville Rd 58 tram is a 10 minute walk. Pascoe Vale station is a 20min walk or a 4 min drive. Sydney Road and all it has to offer is a short 5min drive or a 15 min bus ride. The Tullamarine freeway and DFO are right around the corner. You also have a huge Coles and many other shops only a short drive away.
