Hi potential housemates : )
My name is Rebecca (Bek). I live at the house and another female is here every second week. My partner also stays 7 nights a fortnight
I pay for two rooms here and you would pay for one. That’s 1/3 rent for you and 2/3 for me. All other bills are split the same.
Internet is included in the rent
We are right next to the shopping centre, a two minute drive to the Frankston freeway and five minutes to Eastlink, the beach and Nepean highway.
There is a double, remote control garage next to the house with secure parking for your car/ bikes/ storage
