Hi there 👋🏼
We have a clean and well presented home in a leafy and quiet street. We back onto a large park, close to the wildlife wetlands, short walk to a bus stop, close to shops & the beach.
I have a downstairs bedroom available, it has a nearby toilet and use of a large bathroom. The home is approx 30 squares and features 4 living areas so there is plenty of room for coming together or having your own space.
I am seeking a female only. I have two children who are easy going and who stay with me on average 2 nights per week.
