We’re offering a freshly renovated and newly painted 3-bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms. The room available is a bright and clean upstairs bedroom, measuring approximately 3.88m x 3.48m. It comes with a built-in wardrobe and is currently unfurnished — but if needed, I can provide a double bed and side table.

The ground floor features a separate living room, kitchen, and dining area. There’s a small front yard with a lovely water view, and a tidy backyard with timber decking. Street parking is conveniently available right in front of the house.
