Our home is a beautiful, spacious double-storey house located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, offering a comfortable and relaxed living environment.
The property features shared living areas including a large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, as well as a laundry and outdoor space. The home is well maintained, bright, and welcoming—making it a lovely place to live.
The house is currently occupied by three people—my husband, myself, and our 21-year-old son. However, we will be moving out in approximately one month to travel around Australia. After that, the home will be occupied by our son and the new renter.
The room is unfurnished, so you will need to provide your own furniture.
The property is conveniently located close to public transport, supermarkets, shopping centres, parks, and walking tracks—everything you need is just a short drive away.
