Home Description
Description of the home
Full convenience and value for the fellow beach-goer and city-worker – the flat is as close as it gets to the beach, and the beach is as close as it gets to the city.
Frontyard – sand and sunsets.
Backyard – a charming complex featuring an almost suburb sized courtyard, complete with pool and gym.
Next door to one side (3m walk) – tram-stop (a quaintly refashioned train-station, adjacent to the finest fish n chips I've had), with only a 10-15m ride to and through town (the 109).
To the other side (5m walk) – Bay St, with all the shops (supermarkets, cafes etc).
Inside – your beach-facing bedroom (inc balcony), with your own bathroom (inc bath).
More inside – a neat space with plenty of green pets (pot plants), fully functional kitchen (including teeming tea cabinet), dining and living space, plus laundry and additional storage space. It's just about fully stocked, although TV/drier/vacuum would be most welcome (and flexible on supplementary/replacement living room furniture).
Belowground – your own secure car space and storage locker.
Context – good pal Suse is moving out with her partner, so it's a unique opportunity for a new flatmate to move on in mid-lease (with possible ongoing/new lease).

I like to keep active, walking to/from work plus a daily dip in the frontyard (yes, especially in the winter!).
I'd been missing the ocean since moving from Sydney and it's never been easier to support the lifestyle.
I tend to keep a neat and quiet home life, but up for a chin wag over a cuppa or tipple, a spot of scrabble or ping pong (public table is a 5m walk, along with other park amenities).
