I’ve got a room coming up in my two-storey townhouse in Port Melbourne, and I’m looking for someone easygoing and respectful to share the place with.

Downstairs there’s a shared kitchen, open living area, and a powder room. Upstairs you’ll have your own bedroom and share the main bathroom with me. The room isn’t furnished, but the kitchen’s pretty well set up with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and dishes/utensils. There's also a couch (but room for another) and space for a TV and washing machine: I'm pretty flexible on these if you’ve got your own gear.

There’s split system heating and cooling, and the views of the city from the balcony and windows are genuinely awesome — even on a gloomy day.

The place is part of a complex, so you’ll also get access to a pool, spa, gym, and BBQ area. If you’ve got a car, there’s a secure undercover parking spot too.

Location-wise, you’re right near Bay Street – so cafes, IGA, and restaurants are just around the corner. Coles is about a 10-minute walk, and trams (109 or 1) are 10–15 minutes away, which makes getting into the city pretty easy.
