Description of the home
We are looking to sublease our furnished townhouse for a period of six months from May to November whilst we are in Sydney. This would be a lease transfer arrangement and we would return to the property in early November. It's a fully furnished property with a large deck and city views. You would pay your own bills for the duration of the stay (not included in rent). Two large bedrooms, one with ensuite and both with built in wardrobes. The rent of $1000 per week is for the whole house.
