Hi everyone,

We are a share house of 3, with one room available from 8th June for 4 months as I am travelling for work.

The town house is great. It's in a big block of similar town houses on the north end of Pt Melb, right on the border of South Melbourne.
It has 4 floors with 2 living areas, a small courtyard, a balcony and a rooftop terrace.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Each room has a split system air conditioner/ heating for use and tall floor-ceiling windows.
We absolutely love the space and location!

It's only around 1.5kms to Southern Cross station and a very short walk to the 109 tram which takes you straight into the city and only a short wander to the the Bay Street shops or to the beach! South Melbourne market is pretty close and there are loads of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy and it's very close to the CBD to either PT or ride!
There's a fancy new 'Coles Local' only a few mins walk with some awesome fresh products too!

The place is fully furnished, and the room includes bedroom furniture (bed frame, mattress, side drawers and TV)

The room available is on the third floor, It has its own bathroom and large mirrored built in wardrobe with a study nook with computer monitor, desk chair and some shelving for if you are working from home/ studying.

You will be sharing with Ali and Kyle, both in their 30s working locally full time. They are clean, respectful and enjoy their own space as well as some friendly housemate banter - anything from food/ wine and our varied hobbies.

We are looking for either a male or female from mid 20s to late 30s, working and/ or studying and who is looking to make Port Melbourne their home for winter. The space would be best suited to someone shares our qualities above, loves the space, is respectful in a share house living arrangement and loves the area as much as we do.
