Resort-style living in the heart of Port Melbourne, just in time for spring and summer.
The available room is in a modern, light-filled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the P.M. Port Melbourne building. You’ll have your own private bathroom, built-in wardrobe and double-glazed windows, while we share the living areas.
The room is available now, with flexible stay lengths.
The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, timber floors, heating and cooling, and a spacious open-plan living area opening onto a balcony overlooking the pool, spas and landscaped gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, including a dishwasher, and there’s also a washing machine and dryer.
The building is honestly one of the best parts. It has a heated resort-style pool, multiple spas, gym, sauna, a brand-new Pilates studio, rooftop areas with city and bay views, landscaped gardens, BBQ areas, communal dining and entertaining spaces, plus secure entry.
Location-wise, you’re only a short walk from the beach and Port Melbourne foreshore, Bay Street cafés and restaurants, supermarkets, public transport and Derrimut Gym. The CBD is also only a few minutes away.
Rent is $370 per week excluding bills. Electricity and internet are split evenly and bond can be discussed. The room is unfurnished. Street parking only.
You’ll be sharing with me and my very sweet 10-year-old Cavoodle, Summer, who mostly spends her days napping around the apartment.

I’m friendly, easygoing, clean and respectful. Outside of work I’m usually at the gym, grabbing a coffee, catching up with friends, heading out for dinner or drinks, spending time near the beach or just relaxing at home.
I’m social and always happy to have a chat, share a drink or watch something together, but I also appreciate personal space and having a relaxed, comfortable home where we can both do our own thing.
I also have a small 10-year-old Cavoodle named Summer. She’s incredibly sweet, calm and friendly, and spends a good portion of the day asleep.
It would be nice to actually get along with the person I live with rather than just pass each other in the hallway, so I’m always happy to have a chat, share the occasional drink or meal, grab a coffee or hang out, while still completely respecting each other’s space and downtime.
Stay length is flexible, with no fixed end date.
She’s mostly relaxed around the apartment and loves being around people, so someone who is comfortable with dogs would be ideal.
