Looking for some one who is clean ,fun , very much open minded but matured at the same time & of course pays rent on time. The property has cooling/heating, dishwasher , oven & huge cooking range . Your room comes with a queen bed, queen mattress,bedside table , big wardrobes . The main bathroom is pretty much yours but the washing machine is in the main bathroom so I may access at a times for my washing
The house is about 15-minutes tram ride to city 50 metres to the beach The apartment building has gym , sauna , pool , spa & very centrally located in Port Melbourne.

i am back in Melbourne after a bit of travelling, i was a hobo but finally found a dwelling in Melbourne. Been to 30 odd countries & definitely will travel more when funds permit :-)
I was made in sub continent but designed & assembled in Sydney.My first degere is in finance & but been exploring other possibilities & follow my passion.I love staying fit & am into spirituality these days. I am lately into martial arts,yoga , tantra & bodyworks & also a qualified tantric masseur & I love practicing/offering tantric chakra healing massages & exploring conscious connections..very passionate about it. Would love to have some one with similar interests but its fine if you share different interests too provides us an opportunity to learn & explore .I also love outdoors, sports, hiking & yeah am a dive master wish i could just stay under the water forever :-p. I dont have a girl friend any more which reduces my drag :-p. Would love to know the fellow flatmate if you are keen to hang out from time to time..
I am in my 30s in excellent condition can easily look after myself & fully house trained. :-p.
I rarely drink alcohol & have never smoked tobacco. & prefer plant based diet but i am a flexeterian & not fussed at all if you are a carnivorous...
I am looking for some one fun & open minded at the same time matured .Mon-Fri i am busy with work & have a very hectic schedule..but like to get a bit loose on weekends but not at all into drinking or parties hence some one on the same page would be awesome...
